  1, For additional 5% of the total cost of the order value, Pandawill will cover any inccurred Import tax and VAT on this order. Customers could choose this coverage at the payment step when placing orders.
  2. When order arrives, if you get charged by the Customs on this order, please take a picture of the payment slip from the Customs and email to Pandawill, and Pandawill will pay you back on the full amount within 3 days (excluding holidays) of receiving your varified proof.
